We are always happy to have new members join our SOCA family. We urge and invite everyone, to be involved in supporting SOCA community ideals which foster development and share awareness of African and Caribbean positive values in the community. If you have an idea, suggestion, issue or concern, that you feel would be of interest, you can make SOCA aware of it directly, through the contact page . You can also book an appointment or drop in to meet and chat with the SOCA team. We're available to meet every Saturday, term time from 11am - 3pm and have regular monthly meetings every second Saturday each month.

If you want to make a suggestion in the meantime, e-mail us at socabroxbourne@gmail.com. You can e-mail us with ANY idea, suggestion or concern that relates to how SOCA can be of positive community engagement. Whether its about ideas that affects people of African and Caribbean decent, and/or the larger community in which they live locally or nationaly. Whatever your idea is, SOCA will give it full consideration.

 

Once we have received your comments, ideas and suggestions, it will be discussed by the SOCA Executive Committee, and members at the next monthly meeting. The Executive Committee will consider the idea and create a plan of action for your idea. We will try to involve you as much as we can. You will be invited to discuss your suggestion with the Executive Committee and work with them on researching, developing and delivering your idea, and we will keep you updated on its progress.
